Terms of Service – Smeg Parts Australia

By using the Smeg Parts Australia website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Compatibility

We supply genuine and compatible replacement parts for Smeg appliances.

Customers are responsible for checking the appliance model number, part number and compatibility before purchasing. If you are unsure which part you need, please contact us at sales@smegparts.com.au before ordering.

Product images are provided for reference. Minor differences in appearance, packaging or manufacturer markings may occur where a part has been updated or superseded.

Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and may offer an alternative, place the item on backorder, or provide a refund where appropriate.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, product-description or inventory errors.

Shipping

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please check compatibility carefully before purchasing, as we generally do not accept returns where a customer has ordered an incorrect part, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Installation

Some appliance parts, particularly electrical components, should only be installed by a suitably qualified technician.

Smeg Parts Australia is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or improper handling of a product.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
